Ryan O’Herrin

Ryan O'Herrin currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Steel Partners Holdings since August 2023. Previously, Ryan held the position of Divisional Finance Director for Plastics and Circular at Eastman from April 2022 to August 2023. Ryan's extensive experience includes serving as Director of Global Finance and ABS Division CFO at Genus PLC from January 2016 to April 2022, and a variety of roles at Weir Minerals from April 2003 to January 2016, including Executive Vice President of Strategy and IT and Vice President of Finance. Early career experiences include working as an IT Consultant at Compuware from 2001 to 2003. Ryan's educational background includes an MBA from the Wisconsin School of Business, an Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School, and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
