Warren G. Lichtenstein

Warren G. Lichtenstein is the Executive Chairman at Steel Partners. Prior to their current position, Lichtenstein served as the Chairman and CEO of ModusLink Global Solutions from January 2009 to December 2013. ModusLink is a supply chain and logistics company that helps improve their clients’ revenue, cost, sustainability, and customer experience objectives. Lichtenstein has also served as the Chairman and CEO of Steel Partners Holdings, a private investment firm.

Warren G. Lichtenstein attended the University of Pennsylvania, where they earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts in Economics. Warren then went on to Tulane University for their graduate studies.
