Jake Tillett, M.S., currently serves as the Head Coach of Girls JV Soccer at The Academy of Notre Dame de Namur and as the PA Regional Goalkeeping Coach for Steel Sports, managing goalkeeping training for athletes aged U7 to U18. With a diverse coaching background, Jake has held multiple positions including Head Soccer Coach for various elite teams at Steel Sports and Director of Club Clinics & Programs with the Philadelphia Union. Experience also includes roles as an Academy Operations Intern at Temple University and First Team Scout for SønderjyskE, focusing on player recruitment in North America. Jake developed the Women’s Academy at Exeter City Football Club, overseeing U10 to U16 player development, and contributed to the Covid-19 emergency response team in Devon. Jake holds a Master's degree in Sport Business from Temple University and completed a degree in Football Studies at Solent University.
