Howard Papineau has extensive work experience in the manufacturing industry. Howard started their career as a Bender Technician at Faurecia Exhaust Systems in 1993, where they supported the development and implementation of automotive exhaust systems. Howard also played a role in launching new products and product transfers related to the bending process. Howard worked at Faurecia for 15 years before moving on to Maron Products, Inc in 2008, where they served as a Quality Technician. Their responsibilities included supporting the development and implementation of agricultural products, large truck components, and fabricated products. Howard provided expertise on the production floor, specifically in areas such as Mig welding, fabrication, and setup. After their time at Maron Products, Inc, Howard joined Steel Warehouse in 2010 as a Quality Control Lead. In this role, they acted as a liaison between the QA Manager and quality Techs, directing daily workflow and communication with Operations. Howard also developed control plans, work instructions, and gaging instructions and supported the Steel Warehouse Quality Management System.
