Jenny Oklikah currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Steel Warriors, an anti-knife crime charity that transforms knives into outdoor street gyms to support young people affected by crime and social exclusion. With a strong background in community participation and social impact, Oklikah has held various leadership roles, including Director of Strategic Partnerships and Impact at Dallaglio RugbyWorks and Chief Executive Officer of Fight for Peace, which empowers youth through boxing, education, and support services. Oklikah has also contributed to policy development as a member of the Sport for Development Coalition and served as a group leader at DrivenWoman. Educational credentials include participation in the Charity Chief Executives programme at Bayes Business School and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Liverpool.

Steel Warriors is an anti knife crime charity that melts down knives taken off the streets and recycles the steel into outdoor street gyms. We use street workout to transform the lives of young people affected by crime, violence and social exclusion, giving them the skills and confidence they need to create positive futures. Our vision is to build a UK-wide network of gyms, a street workout movement, that not only empowers young people to realise their passions and pursue their goals, but also fosters stronger, closer and more loving communities.
