Chloe Costa is an experienced game designer, digital artist, and character rigger. Chloe worked as an Associate Game Designer at Steel Wool Studios starting in 2018. Prior to that, they were a self-employed freelance artist specializing in 2D digital drawings and character design. Chloe also worked as a Character Rigger at "\"Manufacturer\" Ahouse Productions" from 2018 to 2019, collaborating with a global team on an animated short. In 2017, they served as a Rigging Lead on the "Game of Foams" project, overseeing troubleshooting, rigging, and supervising other riggers. Chloe was a Technical Director at Ex'pression College from 2015 to 2016, where they collaborated on an animated short for the San Francisco Giants.
