Aga Swiecki

Aga Swiecki is an experienced professional in workplace strategy and design, currently serving as a Sales Enablement Consultant at Steelcase since December 2023. Previously, Aga held roles including Account Executive and Research Strategy at SKG, Inc. from June 2020 to December 2023, and Owner of AS Design & Consulting from October 2018 to October 2021, where focus was on workplace expression, corporate culture, and sustainable design. Prior to this, Aga worked as a Workplace Strategy and Design Consultant at Align to Thrive and as a Strategic Design Consultant/Culture Ambassador at Workplace Resource LLC, contributing to organizational growth through cultural assessments and design strategies. Additionally, Aga has experience as a Certified Master Advisor, Coach, and Mentor at Growth-U. Education includes a Master’s degree in Interior Design and a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts, Law and Business Enterprise from Eastern Michigan University, complemented by studies at the University of Gdansk.
