Aida M.

Aida M. serves as the Regional Learning and Development Manager for Steelcase since August 2022. Previously, Aida contributed to Volvo Cars in roles focused on L&D implementation and facilitation for the APEC region, where major achievements included driving learning campaigns and developing certification models. Aida's prior experience encompasses a variety of positions, including Schools Coordinator at Genovasi University College and multiple roles at d.school Malaysia, focused on people and culture, design thinking coaching, and performance coaching. Additional experience includes contract work at BSI as a Training Programme Developer and significant tenure at The Shichida Method Sdn Bhd, where Aida oversaw training processes, customer relations, and educational material production. Aida holds a Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Biotechnology from UCSI.
