Alexis MK is a seasoned professional in global learning and development with extensive experience in designing and implementing innovative educational solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Steelcase since June 2019, Alexis contributes to shaping organizational learning practices. Previous roles include Consultant and Learning Consultant within Steelcase, where responsibilities involved partnership with HR for performance management enhancements and the development of comprehensive learning solutions. Prior experience also includes a Learning Design Consultant role at Saylor Academy and a Learning Design Lead position at Edovo, focused on education accessibility for those affected by incarceration. Alexis co-founded Garnet Consultoria to provide educational consultancy services and worked as a Private Special Education Teacher for US diplomatic families. Academic credentials include a BA in Government from Franklin & Marshall College and a semester abroad in Politics and Anthropology from James Cook University.
