Chris Congdon

Chris Congdon has over 30 years of experience in communications and marketing, currently serving as the Director of Global Research Communication and Editor in Chief of Work Better magazine at Steelcase since July 1999. In this role, Chris focuses on disseminating insights and trends related to workplace behaviors, helping organizations leverage their environments to enhance brand identity and improve overall performance. Prior to Steelcase, Chris worked at Amway Global and served as the Assistant Editor for the Grand Rapids Business Journal. Chris holds an MBA in Marketing & Management from Grand Valley State University and a BA in Business & English Literature from Hope College.
