Cyril Ducrocq

Cyril Ducrocq, MSc, PMP, has over 23 years of experience in project management and engineering, currently serving as Senior Project Manager for Global New Product Development and Launch at Steelcase since September 2000. As a global leader in product development initiatives, Cyril has successfully led cross-regional teams in EMEA and AMER through all product lifecycle phases, focusing on desking, storage, task seating, and design & soft seating. Previous roles at Steelcase include Plant Engineering Manager and Plant Quality & Safety & Environment Manager, where Cyril achieved significant milestones such as ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certifications. Earlier experience at SKAKO Vibration SA included roles as Product Engineering Manager and Product Engineer, with a specialization in the automotive and steel industries. Cyril holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse and completed further education at the University of Michigan College of Engineering.
