Since joining Steelcase in May 2000, Kathy has held multiple roles, including Global Finance Manager for Category and Finance Manager in Pricing, with a diverse career trajectory encompassing operational expenditure, property finance, and lease management. Prior experience includes finance positions at Medtronic Inc, BilMar Foods, and BISSELL Homecare, Inc. Kathy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Western Michigan University, earned in 1990.
