Ruth Shira - Mba

Ruth Shira, MBA, PMP, currently serves as a Senior Strategy Activation Consultant at Steelcase, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this, Ruth was the Director of Strategy & Execution at Elkay Interior Systems, where responsibilities included driving the execution of corporate strategy and collaborating with Executive Leadership on multi-year strategic initiatives from June 2021 to April 2024. Ruth's previous experience includes serving as Vice President of Operations at PRA Global Business Development, leading the Market Entry & Expansion Practice Group from July 2013 to June 2021, and earlier roles such as Principal at ArchiSource LLC, Product Manager at Inscape, and Corporate Sales roles at Grand Rapids Griffins and Grand Rapids Rampage. Ruth holds an MBA from Grand Valley State University and a BA with Honors in Business and Psychology from Calvin University.
