Steve Sweetland

Steve Sweetland is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in contract management, pricing, and analysis. Currently serving as the Manager of Pricing and Contracts at Steelcase since August 2019, Sweetland drives strategic account performance and profitability, collaborating across various departments to achieve over $100 million in discounted sales for FY22. Prior to Steelcase, Sweetland held positions such as Contract Manager at Evoqua Water Technologies, where negotiation efforts led to over $500 million in sales, and Senior Contract Administrator at Siemens Postal, Parcel & Airport Logistics, overseeing project management for contracts totaling over $200 million. Additional experience includes roles as a Research Analyst and Proposal Manager in organizations such as Decision Demographics and Mathematica Policy Research. Sweetland holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Calvin University.
