Barbka Novak

Barbka Novak, ACC, currently serves as the Director of Culture & Change at SteelcoBelimed since September 2025. Prior to this role, Barbka was the Managing Director of Belimed Slovenija and the Head of Human Resources for Slovenija from August 2015 to September 2025. Barbka's earlier experience includes a tenure as HR Manager at Knauf Insulation from November 2005 to August 2015, along with a position as PA to the CEO and management board. Barbka also contributed to the Kinološka zveza Slovenija - Slovenian Kennel Club as a member of the Editorial Board and journalist for the magazine Kinolog from March 1997 to June 2009. Additionally, Barbka worked at Termo d.d. as Administrative Business Support from January 1998 to November 2005. Barbka holds a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from the Faculty of Applied Business and Social Studies (2014-2017), a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the same faculty (2006-2008), and studied at the Faculty of Law at the University of Maribor from 1992 to 1996.
