Dwayne Lawrence is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in manufacturing management, currently serving as Operations Leader at Arrow Machine And Fabrication Group since January 2022 and as Operations Manager at Steelcraft Inc. since March 2016. Previously, Dwayne held the position of Manufacturing Manager at Inoac Interior Systems from September 2007 to March 2016, overseeing the production of interior automotive components, and also served as Manufacturing Manager at Intertec Systems from February 1997 to October 2014, where responsibilities included managing operations for Tier One and Tier Two supply of instrument panels and other automotive products. Dwayne's expertise extends to continuous improvement, having led numerous projects that enhanced key performance indicators using methodologies such as Kaizen and Six Sigma. Dwayne holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Economics from Fanshawe College.
