Tad Bennett brings extensive experience in cybersecurity and information technology, currently serving as a Cyber Security Consultant at SteelGate LLC since September 2020. Previously, Tad worked in various capacities within the U.S. Army, including Instructor/Cadre, where responsibilities included managing a data center and directing teams to assess infrastructure. Tad participated in the Army Training With Industry program, contributing as a technical lead for information security scenarios, and held positions focused on information protection and assurance management, overseeing military network security operations in Afghanistan. With a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity from the University of Maryland Global Campus, Tad has developed a robust skill set in cybersecurity standards, risk assessments, and network infrastructure management.
