Mickey Salva

Mickey Salva started working at Steelhead Composites in 2014 as an Engineering Intern, and later became a Mechanical Design Engineer in 2015. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2012, they worked as a USA Hockey Official at USA Hockey.

Mickey Salva attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering. In addition to their degree, Mickey Salva has obtained several certifications. In April 2016, they received a certification in Internal Auditing Basics from ASQ. In November 2015, they completed a Coursera Course and received a certification in Fundamentals of Fluid Power. Recently, in February 2022, Mickey Salva obtained a certification in INTRODUCTION TO ABAQUS/CAE, R2019 from Dassault Systèmes.
