Louise Griffin MCIPD is the Group People & Culture Director at Steelite International and the Group Head of HR for both Steelite International Plc and Royal Crown Derby. Prior to this role, Louise worked as a Human Resources Manager at FedEx UK Ltd and ANC Ltd. Louise studied Business Studies at Staffordshire University and also holds a CIPD qualification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
