Anne-Marie Neal

Anne-Marie Neal is an experienced property manager with a robust background in real estate management and operations. Currently serving as a Property Manager at SteelWave since February 2021, Anne-Marie oversees the Element Research Center and Highlands Campus Tech Centre, as well as the Canyon Park Business Center and Canyon Park Heights. Prior experience includes a role as Real Estate Manager at CBRE, managing Amazon's office buildings in South Lake Union, and positions at Ivanhoé Cambridge, Lake Washington Partners, and T-Mobile. Anne-Marie also served on the Board of Directors at Spectrumotion, contributing to community-focused transportation initiatives. Anne-Marie holds a BA in Business from Vanguard University of Southern California and an AA in General Business from Diablo Valley College.
