Bridget Metz

Bridget Metz has a diverse range of experience in project management, acquisitions, development, and property management. Bridget began their career as a Project Manager at SteelWave (formerly Legacy Partners Commercial, Inc.) in 2004, where they were responsible for planning and managing various tenant and capital improvement projects. Bridget joined Metz Real Estate Consulting in 2011 as a Project Consultant, where they played a crucial role in managing the project lifecycle, consulting with stakeholders, and ensuring the financial viability of development deals. In 2018, they transitioned back to SteelWave as the Director of Project Management, overseeing land planning, development, and construction processes. Bridget's expertise includes stakeholder management, finance and budgeting, zoning and permitting, and quality control.

Bridget Metz holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from UC Santa Barbara. Bridget has also obtained a certification as a Real Estate Salesperson from the California Department of Real Estate.
