Cyrus Colburn

As Managing Director and co-founder of SteelWave CDS, LLC, Cy Colburn oversees the construction and design department of SteelWave. Cy and his partner Edward Nazaradeh manage a staff of professional construction managers, design project managers and administrators. The SteelWave CDS team designs and builds tenant improvement, capital improvements and new building shells for office, residential, R&D and industrial projects.

Before joining SteelWave in 1984, Cy worked for Western Empire Constructors, Inc, as a project manager.
