Pietsje Stapersma has extensive experience in quality assurance and compliance within the food industry, currently serving as a QESH medewerker at Royal Steensma B.V. since January 2018, focusing on HACCP, compliance, quality control, and quality assurance optimization. Prior to this role, Pietsje worked at CSK food enrichment from November 2001 to December 2017, initially as an Analist Quality Control and advancing to Hoofd quality control, where responsibilities included managing the laboratory and developing analyses for new product groups. As a QA Technician, Pietsje established risk analyses and coordinated responses to external complaints and internal discrepancies. Earlier experience includes a position in the R&D and quality department at RBV Leaf. Pietsje holds a Bachelor's Degree in Levensmiddelentechnologie from Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences, obtained between 1997 and 2001.
