Tilo Schneider has extensive experience in automotive training and qualification, currently serving as the Head of steep Training at steep GmbH since May 2015, where responsibilities include qualification, training, coaching, and consulting across various sectors. Previous roles at steep GmbH included Manager of Automotive Qualification and Head of Business Development & HR steep Training, in addition to Head of Automotive Training. Prior to that, Tilo Schneider worked at BMW Group as Manager of HR Retail Qualification, focusing on qualification management and strategy development. Earlier career stages involved project management and key account responsibilities at steep GmbH and training roles in the automotive sector with Serco, where a strong emphasis was placed on technical service, management, and sales training.
