Donald Land

Donald Land has had a diverse range of work experiences. Donald started their career in 1990 as an Alexander von Humboldt Fellow at KFA Forschungszentrum, Juelich. In 1991, they joined UC Davis as a Professor and has been serving in that role since then. In 2010, they co-founded Halent Laboratories and served as the Chief Scientific Consultant until 2013. From 2013 onwards, they have held the same role at Steep Hill Halent Laboratories. In 2019, they became a Scientific Consultant at Front Range Biosciences. More recently, in 2020, they took on the position of Chief Scientific Consultant at Pure Jamaican.

Donald Land earned a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from Lawrence University from 1980 to 1984. Following this, they pursued further education at UC Irvine, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Chemistry from 1984 to 1989.
