R. Stirling Vineyard, Jr. has had a long and varied career in the finance and accounting industry. R. Stirling started their career in 1994 at Coopers & Lybrand, L.L.P. (now PwC) as an Audit Supervisor. In 1999, they moved to Electronic Data Systems as a Manager, Transformation Management Office and Manager, Corporate Strategy & Development (M&A). In 2004, they joined A.T. Kearney as a Management Consultant. From 2005 to 2008, they were the CFO of DaveCo Industries. From 2008 to 2011, they were the VP of Finance & Administration and Treasurer of Santa Maria Energy. From 2011 to 2016, they were the CFO of ORTEQ Energy Technologies. From 2016 to 2018, they were the Co-Founder & Partner of Psalm 6835 Capital Management. From 2018 to 2020, they were the Founder & Partner of Monmouth Ventures, LLC. Finally, in 2020, they became the Chief Financial Officer of Steeped Coffee.

R. Stirling Vineyard, Jr. received their BBA in Accounting from Texas Tech University's Rawls College of Business between 1990 and 1994. R. Stirling then obtained their Certified Public Accountant certification from the State of Texas in 1997. R. Stirling completed their MBA in Finance and Strategy & Entrepreneurship from Southern Methodist University's Cox School of Business between 2001 and 2004.
