Ronald Scadina II

SVP of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships at Steeped Coffee

Ronald Scadina II has a long and varied work experience. In 1989, they were the CEO and Co-Founder of Scadina-Marshall Inc., where they structured real estate limited partnerships to acquire and subdivide real estate. In 1992, they became the Territory Sales Manager for Daioh's First Choice Services. In 1996, they founded and owned AAA Vending, Coffee & Espresso Systems. In 1997, they became the CEO of AAA Coffee.com Inc., where they acquired the assets of AAA Vending, Coffee & Espresso Systems and developed a sustainable coffee fundraising program for non-profits. In 2011, they joined Associated Services as a Bean To Cup Coffee Sage using the latest technology in the coffee industry and Associated Coffee Services as an office coffee program development expert with 30 years of experience. From 2016-2020, they worked at Aramark Refreshment Services as the National Director of Business Development, Key Account Manager for Northern California & the Pacific Northwest, and Account Executive. In 2020, they became the Senior Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Sales for Steeped Coffee, where they are developing a national sales team, distribution, and strategic partnerships across North America and internationally.

Ronald Scadina II began their educational journey in 1975, attending Santa Clara University and obtaining an Undergraduate degree in Business and General Education. Ronald also received Military Leadership Training and Psychology during this time. From 1981 to 1983, they attended San Jose City College and obtained a General degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, and Merchandising. Finally, from 1984 to 1995, they attended the University of California, Santa Cruz and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. In addition, Ronald Scadina II has two certifications, the Maxwell Certification-Certified John C. Maxwell Coach, Speaker, and Trainer from Maxwell Leadership obtained in August 2022, and The 3-Minute Rule: Say Less to Get More from LinkedIn obtained in May 2022.
