Michelle Welsby - Chartered McIpd

Michelle Welsby is a Chartered MCIPD professional with extensive experience in human resources across various sectors. Currently serving as a Regional Human Resources Business Partner at Steer Automotive Group since July 2022, Michelle previously held the position of Head of Elite HR at Elite HR Ltd, a nationwide HR recruitment consultancy, from June 2019 to July 2022. Michelle's career includes roles as HR Manager at Aerial Direct Ltd, Slater Gordon Solutions, and QUINDELL LEGAL SERVICES LIMITED, as well as an interim position at Southwest Trains where management of a team addressing employee relations issues was key. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Innovation Group and as an HR Coordinator at GEMPLUS. Michelle holds a Post Graduate degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Portsmouth.
