Arianna Davis

Arianna Davis is a seasoned recruiting professional with significant experience in strategic sourcing and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Steer by Mechanic Advisor since March 2024, Arianna was the first US-based recruiting hire for the company. Prior to this role, Arianna held a Senior Strategic Sourcing Recruiter position at Salsify from August 2021 to November 2023, during which the organization underwent a large reduction in workforce.
