Lisa has over 25 years of experience with a focus on delivering sustainable mobility through the design and implementation of travel behavior change strategies and programs that include education, incentives, and infrastructure interventions. She has advised the local, regional and central governments in the UK, Australia, and the USA, and private sector clients across a broad spectrum of behavior change studies. She has a track record in successfully delivering sustained levels of a modal shift away from the car.
After holding several management roles for Steer in the UK, establishing a behavior change unit, and subsequently leading the Planning Division in 2014, Lisa was asked to establish Steer’s Planning division in the United States. Six years later, Lisa returned to the UK to take up a position at Heathrow Airport to support the delivery of their ambitious commitments to sustainable transport as part of their expansion plans. At Heathrow, she led the Surface Access Strategy team and developed and implemented a strategy designed to increase the number of passengers traveling to the airport by public transport and reduce the number of airport workers driving alone.
Now back at Steer, Lisa became the UK Managing Director in 2022, after jointly leading the UK Planning Division, and is a key member of the Steer Leadership team (joining the Global Executive Management Team), driving and overseeing the growth and development of UK market while building on Steer's momentum and reputation.
