Neil Chadwick

Neil is an expert in transport strategy and public policy. He directs and manages high-profile strategy and policy studies for public and private sector clients.

Neil leads strategy development, business case, and funding studies. He often works with multi-organization clients developing policy plans and programs, as well as with clients taking forward business cases and power applications. He has experienced briefing and engaging Ministers, MPs, local councilors and business groups, as well as the public. Neil has worked extensively across the UK, the Middle East, Australia and the Republic of Ireland.

Neil heads the UK-wide strategy and economics team. He is also one of the directors based in the Leeds office with wider responsibility for the work and clients in the North of England.
