Abby Teal

Abby Teal currently serves as the Senior Director of Customer Success and Experience at Steer Health, which focuses on enhancing revenue generation, cost savings, and patient experience for healthcare organizations through an AI-powered platform. Prior to this role, Abby was the Head of Clinician Success at Freed, where the main objective was to reduce clinician burnout by leveraging an AI medical scribe platform. As the first Customer Success hire at Freed, Abby developed the Customer Success function from inception to support rapid user growth. Additionally, Abby held the position of Director of Customer Success at Amplion, a B2B SaaS intelligence platform, where Abby was also instrumental in building the Customer Success function from the ground up. Abby holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Chemistry from Oregon State University-Cascades.
