Ryan Trusler has extensive experience in finance and management roles. Ryan started their career at Woodbridge Foam Corporation as a Controller, where they achieved a Gold Audit Binder status for 4 years and assisted with problem resolution at different plants. Ryan then moved on to UBE Automotive, where they served as Finance Team Captain and implemented internal controls to improve efficiency. At Lanxess, they worked as the Manager of Finance Canada, leading a team of 13 and overseeing financial reporting. Trusler then became the CFO/General Manager of Hiawatha Horse Park & Entertainment Centre, where they managed overall operations and developed operational and financial procedures. After that, they joined Entropex as an CFO/Controller, providing financial and accounting leadership and acting as the main contact for bank, audit, insurance, investor, and creditor requirements. Most recently, Trusler became the CFO of Steeves & Rozema Group, responsible for financial management and reporting.
