Aruna Tak has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Head of Human Resources at Stef & Philips since March 2020, where responsibilities include providing solutions for Local Authority Services. Prior to this role, Aruna held HR Manager positions at Barker Langham, ASTONS, Powerhouse Properties, and Smith & Ken Real Estate, contributing to cultural consultancy, immigration advisory, and real estate sectors in both the UK and Dubai. Earlier career highlights include managing HR functions at Rocaba Group and Palmhurst Securities Limited, along with a foundational role in sales progression at Spicerhaart, one of the largest independent estate agents in the UK.
