Federica Russo

Federica Russo currently serves as Plant HR at STEF since September 2025. Previously, Russo worked at Gi Group from September 2020 to September 2025, holding positions as a Professional Consultant specializing in leather goods and textiles, a Recruitment Consultant, and an Internship Recruitment consultant. Responsibilities included the recruitment and management of junior and specialized profiles within the leather and textile sectors, conducting face-to-face and group interviews, and drafting job descriptions and advertisements to optimize recruitment efforts. Federica Russo earned a Laurea Magistrale in Giurisprudenza from Università degli Studi di Teramo between 2014 and 2020, and graduated with a diploma from Liceo Socio Psico Pedagogico "F. Stabili - E. Trebbiani" in 2013.
