Rodolfo Peixoto

Rodolfo Peixoto is a seasoned project manager and Agile coach with extensive experience in driving organizational transformations and enhancing operational performance. Currently serving as a Gerente de Projetos and Agile Coach at Stefanini Brasil since February 2023, Rodolfo partners with clients to define and implement strategic visions using frameworks like OKRs. Previous roles include Sr. Agilista at Agile.inc | VIA, where Rodolfo proactively drove high-performance results and promoted Agile culture through training and workshops. As a professor in the MBA program at Centro Universitário Una, Rodolfo taught various project management subjects.
