Elizabeth Oeiras Miranda

Elizabeth Oeiras Miranda currently serves as Diretora Executiva and previously held the position of Gerente Executiva at Stefanini Group since August 2021. Elizabeth has been with Stefanini since July 2010, where responsibilities included managing Service Desk, Field Services, Asset, and N3 activities, as well as overseeing projects through all stages and planning support operations. Previous roles include Gerente Operacional for Avon, where management of the Service Desk and related services was key, and Coordinator for Service Desk at Goodyear, focusing on multilingual support and SLA management. Elizabeth has a degree in Tecnologia em Redes from Faculdade Sumaré and is pursuing a Pós in Marketing e Gestão Estratégica at Centro Universitário Faveni.
