Vance Tang is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in executive roles and board memberships across various industries. Currently serving as a Board Member at Steffes, Vance has also been the Owner and President of VanTegrity Consulting since 2012, specializing in business strategy and executive coaching. Vance holds the position of Chair of the Board of Directors at American Woodmark Corporation and has contributed to Comfort Systems USA as a Board member. Previously, Vance was on the Board of Governors for the Center for Creative Leadership and owned a wealth management practice at VanTegrity Financial. With a strong background in the elevator and escalator industry as President/CEO of KONE, and leadership roles at Honeywell International and Trane, Vance possesses a comprehensive skill set in organizational development. Vance earned a BS in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
