Marisa Schiele

Marisa Schiele is a seasoned professional in the fields of museology and digital humanities, with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Kulturinformatikerin at Stegmann Systems GmbH since September 2019, Marisa also provides consultancy services through Museumsberatung, a position held since January 2018. As the owner of Museumswissenschaft.de since January 2016, Marisa has contributed significantly to the field. Former roles include Research Assistant and PhD Candidate at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg, and multiple student assistant positions at The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg, where Marisa also completed both Master's degrees in Museumswissenschaft and Digital Humanities, along with Bachelor's degrees in Digital Humanities and Museologie und materielle Kultur. Additional practical experience includes apprenticeships in various museums and cultural institutions, such as the Badisches Landesmuseum Karlsruhe and the Martin von Wagner Museum.
