Annika Wedberg

Annika Wedberg is an experienced professional in total rewards and people tech, currently serving as the Head of Total Rewards, Analytics and People Tech at Stegra since March 2022. Prior to this role, Annika held various leadership positions at Ericsson from December 2013 to March 2022, including Head of Total Rewards Market Area Europe & Latin America and Head of Total Rewards Region Northern Europe & Central Asia. Annika has also worked as Global Compensation & Benefits Manager at Fortum, a Reward Strategy Consultant at Hay Group, and has held roles at Novare, Academic Work, Assessit, and Skatteverket. Annika's academic background includes studies at Mälardalen University and the Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics.
