Emily Swingle

Emily English is a Human Resources Recruiting Manager at Stein Collection since January 2022, previously serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at The St. Regis Deer Valley Careers from August 2021 to January 2022. Emily has a strong background in the culinary field, having worked as a Pastry Cook at Montage International and Sandpearl Resort, and as a Pastry Chef at UnCruise Adventures, where responsibilities included working aboard a 35-passenger vessel based in Seattle, WA. Early career experience includes an internship at The Hotel Hershey and a sales associate position at Chocolates by Leopold. Emily holds a Bachelor’s Degree and an Associate’s Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from Johnson & Wales University, obtained between 2015 and 2017.
