Joseph Moeller is an Associate Attorney in Commercial Litigation at Stein Sperling, where focus includes complex disputes between businesses, shareholders, and partners. Moeller represents local and national clients across various industries in matters related to real estate, construction, employment, and general commercial issues in state and federal courts. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate at Eccleston and Wolf, P.C., litigating on behalf of legal, real estate, and other professionals, as well as employers and businesses. Moeller also gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Irma S. Raker at the Maryland Supreme Court and completed clerkships at the US Environmental Protection Agency and Legal Services of South Central Michigan. Moeller holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Michigan.
