Currently serving as the Manager of Content and Communications at Steinbach Credit Union since July 2023, Melissa previously held roles at EBlock as Internal Communications Director and Manager, where the focus was on establishing the internal communications function and advising senior leaders. Prior experience at Steinbach Credit Union includes Marketing and Communication Specialist and Content Manager, where responsibilities involved managing brand messaging and marketing activities across various business lines. Additionally, Melissa operated as an Executive Consultant, providing specialized writing and communications services to clients in North America. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Professional Communication Management from Royal Roads University and a BSc in Chemistry and Biology from The University of Winnipeg.
