Jerome Schmitt has extensive experience in the retail and municipal sectors, serving as the Lead Category Buyer for Stein's Garden & Home since March 1974, where responsibilities include managing the bedding plant program for 17 locations and collaborating with various suppliers and growers. Additionally, Jerome held the position of Acting Chairman for the Board of Zoning and Housing Appeals in Oak Creek from September 2003 to April 2012, contributing to local governance. Jerome earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee between 1975 and 1981.
