Calvin Stanley

Calvin Stanley has extensive experience in mechanical maintenance and engineering within the steel and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as Mechanical Maintenance Shift Manager at STELCO since March 2016, Calvin's role focuses on steelmaking and casting. Prior experience includes positions as Mechanical Maintenance Management Associate at United States Steel Corporation, where supervision of industrial millwrights and electricians along with mechanical maintenance planning and procurement were key responsibilities. Earlier roles included co-op positions in manufacturing engineering at Marwood Metal Fabrication Ltd., industrial millwright mechanics at Ontario Power Generation, and mechanical design at Scheltema Trailer. Calvin holds a Bachelor of Technology in Manufacturing Engineering from McMaster University and an Advanced Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Niagara College.
