Charles Esposto ASQCCT, C.Tech has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles.

Charles began their career as a Senior Metrology Repair and Calibration Technician at Pylon Electronics Inc from February 1995 to March 1997. In this role, they were responsible for calibrating and repairing instruments from various industries.

In 1998, Charles joined Transcat Calibration Lab Services as a Laboratory Manager. Charles oversaw the smooth operation of the Calibration and Repair lab and implemented training and monitoring for calibration processes. Charles also acquired Guide 25/ISO 17025 accreditation through A2LA.

From April 2000 to June 2006, Charles worked at Sanofi Pasteur Ltd as the Manager of Maintenance/Metrology Services. Charles managed the Metrology Team and other trades within the Facilities department. Charles hired and trained staff and provided leadership and guidance to technicians and other staff.

From June 2006 to March 2011, Charles served as the Supervisor of the Metrology department at Biotest Pharmaceuticals. Charles implemented cGMP and Metrology practices and trained reports on new SOPs. Charles classified instruments into GMP/non-GMP and Critical/non-Critical categories and developed standards for the metrology laboratory.

Charles joined Smiths Detection in August 2011 as the Supervisor of IMS Production Clean Room. Charles improved production efficiencies and implemented VSM to streamline processes. Charles ensured that corporate, divisional, and departmental goals were met or exceeded.

From November 2013 to February 2016, Charles worked at Therapure Biopharma Inc as a Senior Instrumentation/Mechanical Technologist.

Charles then joined Alcohol Countermeasure Systems Corp in June 2016 as the Metrology Supervisor, Accreditation Lead, and QA Lab Manager. Charles held this position until January 2018.

In February 2018, Charles joined Bimeda as the Organization Manager and later transitioned to the role of Maintenance Manager from March 2018 to June 2019. In this role, they directed the unionized maintenance staff and planned and coordinated shutdowns to ensure smooth production runs.

Currently, Charles is working at STELCO - The Steel Company of Canada since May 2019. Charles has held various roles including QA Laboratory Assistant and Quality Assurance Assistant to the Lab.

Throughout their career, Charles has showcased their expertise in calibration, maintenance, metrology, and quality assurance in different industries and positions.

Charles Esposto ASQCCT, C.Tech has a diverse education history. Charles attended Mohawk College of Applied Arts and Technology from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained an Electronics Engineering Diploma and an Industrial Management equivalency. In 2009, they completed their Bachelor's Degree at the same institution. In 2016, Charles obtained a RedSeal 447A certification in Instrumentation and Control from the Ministry of Colleges and Universities. Additionally, Charles holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Mechanics and Maintenance Technology from Rutgers University - Newark.
