Mark Shtilerman

Mark Shtilerman is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property and corporate law. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at Deerfield Management since December 2014, Mark has previously held associate positions at Paul Hastings, Kaye Scholer LLP, and Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP. Mark began career as a Patent Agent at Meso Scale Diagnostics, LLC and worked as a Research Fellow at Harvard Medical School. Educational credentials include a JD from Fordham University School of Law, a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Biophysics from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, and a BS in Physics from Saint Petersburg State University. Mark also has a background in chemistry and early experience in leadership roles.
