Malory McLemore

Malory has served in a variety of engineering, supply chain, and quality roles in Aerospace & Defense. She has worked in large OEMs, building cockpit doors at Airbus and missile defense infrared detectors at Raytheon. She was an intern at Anduril Industries during her MBA. Malory was an early Product Manager at Hadrian, helping build the internal ERP system Flow and creating an AS9100 compliant system from scratch in less than 6 months.

Malory has filled out and reviewed hundreds of First Article Inspection Reports and used countless customer portals and software solutions. She was trained in IBM DOORS requirements management at Airbus, and has completed many large certification campaigns for complex systems.

Malory has a bachelor's in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Alabama and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
