The High-purity Chemical segment manufactures and sells high-purity chemicals with a focus on fluoride used for etching agents, detergents, electrolytes for lithium-ion secondary batteries and others. The Transportation segment is engaged in the logistics business focusing on chemicals, the warehousing and customs clearance businesses. The Medical segment is involved in the development and research of cancer treatment drugs. The Cosmetics segment sells cosmetics such as basic skin care. The Energy Management segment is engaged in the development and sale of network-related equipment and software. The Others segment is engaged in the maintenance of automobiles, the provision of insurance agency services, as well as the manufacture and sale of photoluminescent products. As of March 31, 2014, it had 11 subsidiaries and one associated company.
