Heather Gregory

Heather Gregory has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Heather is currently working as a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Stella & Chewy's since May 2022. Prior to that, they were a Recruiting & Strategy Consultant at Patina - A Korn Ferry Company from February 2021 to June 2022. Heather also worked at Preqin as the Head of Talent Acquisition for the Americas on a contract basis from July 2020 to October 2020. Before that, they held various positions at BMO Financial Group, Sears Holdings Corporation, Roundy's Supermarkets, Inc., Pinstripe, Capital H Group, Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare, and Lincoln Lutheran of Racine. Heather's roles throughout their career have included creating and implementing recruitment strategies, managing recruitment teams, establishing centralized recruitment processes, conducting interviews, and managing the full cycle recruitment process.

Heather Gregory has a diverse education history. In 1998, they graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a degree in Social Welfare. Following this, in 2001, Heather obtained a certification in the Principles of Human Resources from MRA - The Management Association. In 2004, they further enhanced their skills by becoming certified as an AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter. Continuing their education, Heather attended Marquette University's College of Professional Studies - PHR program, although the specific degree they pursued is not mentioned. Lastly, in 2007, they completed the Certified Professional Human Resources program from the HR Certification Institute.
